The acquisition expands Magle Group’s product portfolio and significantly strengthens its CDMO capabilities, production capacity and geographic presence. The combination brings together pK Chemicals’ expertise in Dextran and biopolymer production with Magle Group’s capabilities within DSM-based products, active pharmaceutical ingredients and customised pharmaceutical and medical solutions. The purchase price was SEK 240m and was settled through 7.2 million newly issued shares in Magle Group
