Established in 1980, Kiloutou is today the no. 3 player in the European rental market. With annual revenue of EUR 820m and approximately 6,000 employees, Kiloutou operates more than 500 branches across France, Poland, Spain, Germany and Italy

With combined revenue of EUR 950 million, this acquisition enables Kiloutou to consolidate its market position within the fragmented European rental market. Joining forces with GSV, the new consolidated group will be more diversified in terms of customer base and business mix, with 30% of its revenue being generated outside France. Kiloutou will draw on the experience and expertise of GSV’s teams to continue developing the business in Denmark and beyond, through internal growth, new depot openings, enlarged fleet offering and selective acquisitions
