NorSea Group is a Norwegian provider of supply bases and integrated logistics solutions with focus on supply chain management to the oil and gas industry. NorSea operates in nine supply bases along the coast of Norway as well as supply bases in Denmark and the UK

The transaction is in line with NorSea Group’s strategy to enter international markets with an increased presence in Denmark and the UK. In addition, the transaction is part of A.P. Moller – Maersk’s refocusing strategy
