Silverfleet will acquire a majority stake in Masai, while the existing management team led by CEO, Sune Bjerregaard, will acquire the remaining shares and continue to lead the business. Silverfleet will contribute with their expertise through the inauguration of two partners in Masai’s Board of Non-Executive Directors. The transaction will allow Masai to strengthen its position in existing markets and to expand into new geographies with the potential for considerable growth
