Today, the majority shareholder is the Danish private equity fund CataCap. The acquisition will strengthen GSV’s position and expand the number of offerings to its customers

The combined entities have a strong operational and strategic fit and the acquisition will broaden the assortment, increase market share and presence leading to a more diversified customer base. The combined business will generate annual revenue of more than DKK 1.1bn and have 520 employees
